SPONSORSHIP LOGISTICS
(Please Read Carefully, AFTER you have signed up for Sponsorship)
Please review the following instructions regarding sponsorship logistics. Becoming familiar with the process now will help ensure that you take full advantage of your Corporate Sponsorship package:
FOR ALL CORPORATE SPONSORS
1) Registration for the event is now live on the web.
Please register the employees who will use your complementary event passes via the "Individual Registration" link on the event website (or have them register themselves):
http://www.afceadc.org/emergingtech
Employees should register via the "Individual Registration" link. When they get to the Registration Level there will be a choice for "Guest of Corporate Sponsor".
The number of seats you have at the conference depends on your level of sponsorship. The benefits are listed on the “Call For Sponsors" web page
http://www.afceadc.org/events/special-events/emerging-tech-fy12/sponsors
2) Email your company logo in 300+ dpi resolution (prefer .eps) and also in lower res .jpg or .gif format to our event staff at info@afceadc.org. Also, please send us a banner ad designed exactly to the specs of 400px x 70px for inclusion on the event website (AFCEA DC retains editorial discretion over the appropriateness of content submitted for banner ads). As soon as we receive the low res logo and banner ad we can post those on our website for the event. We must receive the high res logo by Feb 10.
3) Your company has the opportunity to insert give-aways and/or literature in the conference goody-bags that are given to each attendee. Please courier your corporate items to the address below. All items must be received by 12noon on Wednesday, February 15. We suggest you provide 500 copies of each item (please limit to 3 different items/pieces or less). Our Young AFCEANS will stuff the conference bags a few nights before the event. We cannot be responsible for inserting any materials that are not shipped to the correct location by the deadline of Feb 15. Further, please DO NOT ship marketing items directly to the hotel.
